At HomeFit Living Essentials, we want you to feel confident and informed when shopping with us. Because we work with a variety of suppliers, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for every product.

General Policy Overview
• Eligibility: Only select products are eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• Timeframe: Each eligible item has a specific return/refund window listed in its description.
• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging (if applicable).
• Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Submit a Request
If your item is eligible, here’s how to begin the process:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email: support@homefitlivingessentials.com
Include:
• Your order number
• The item name
• Whether you want a return, exchange, or refund
• A brief reason for the request
• Photos (if the item arrived damaged)
Step 2: We Review Your Request
We’ll check if your request:
• Meets the product’s eligibility guidelines
• Falls within the correct timeframe
• Has sufficient evidence (if required)
Step 3: We Coordinate with the Supplier
Once approved, we’ll reach out to the supplier to:
• Confirm next steps
• Arrange for return shipping or exchange
• Process your refund if eligible
Step 4: You’ll Receive Instructions
We’ll email you with:
• A return shipping address or exchange confirmation
• Shipping/tracking instructions (if applicable)
• Refund processing timelines
Refunds
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. (depending on bank)
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• If eligible, exchanges will be shipped after the original item is returned and inspected.
• All exchanges are subject to product availability.
• You’ll receive tracking information once your new item ships.
Returns
• Returns must be sent to the designated return address provided via email.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We will notify you when your returned item has been received and inspected.
Important Notes
• Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Please wait for instructions before shipping anything back.
• We work with multiple suppliers, so return procedures may vary slightly depending on the item.
• Items returned without approval or outside the eligible window will not qualify for refund or exchange.
